Opticare Inc. (“Opticare”, “Opticare AI”, “we”, or “our”) provides a proprietary health and wellness management system, which includes a fundus camera device, web interface, and related communications services such as SMS and Email (collectively referred to as the "Opticare System" or “System”). The System is designed to assist users (“you”) in self-managing your health and wellness. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Opticare System.
This Privacy Statement applies specifically to the Opticare System and does not govern:
(a) any websites, mobile applications, or other online services that do not link to this Privacy Statement; (b) the processing of personal information by any third parties not involved in the provision of the Opticare System; (c) our processing of personal information in connection with any other services or products offered by Opticare.

Metadata includes information on how, when, where, and by whom a piece of content was collected and how that content has been formatted or edited. It also includes additional data added by users, such as keywords and location information.

Health information, such as medical conditions, prescriptions, or symptoms that you voluntarily upload to the System. By submitting health-related information to the Opticare System, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your health information as described in this Privacy Statement. How Opticare Uses Your Information
We primarily use your information to provide you with the System and our services. Additionally, we may use your information for related purposes, such as to:

We share your data with third parties only in scenarios such as communication with you through email or sms, services for data analytics and inference.
